This policy explains how Lift Recruiter handles information collected through this website and the preorder checkout. The product has not launched; product-specific privacy terms will be provided before it begins processing recruiting data.
Information we collect
At checkout, we collect the agency name, buyer name, email address, phone number, estimated recruiter seat range, order details, and payment status. We also collect information you send when contacting us. Our website host may record standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp.
Payments
Stripe processes preorder payments. Lift Recruiter does not receive or store complete payment card numbers. Stripe handles payment information under itsprivacy policy.
How we use information
We use information to process and document preorders, send receipts and activation updates, provide support, prioritize access, plan onboarding and pricing, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information only with providers needed to operate the site, process payments, communicate with buyers, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The Lift Recruiter website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on its checkout pages under its own privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
We retain preorder and support information for as long as needed to fulfill the preorder, maintain transaction records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to records we must retain, by emailingsupport@liftrecruiter.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Lift Recruiter develops. Changes apply from the effective date shown on the updated page. Questions can be sent tosupport@liftrecruiter.com.
